Adapters for a filling system

Originally the machine was conceived so that a different wheel needed to be inserted for each type of bottle. Now the wheel stays and the client can swap out adapters if he wants to fill different bottles. So not only did he save on a new wheel, he now can also change formats much easier.

Raspberry Pi machine control

The old control system had its weaknesses. It suddenly started overfilling bottles randomly. Since the manufacturer could not solve the issue, the customer contacted us.

TapScale

Client wanted to easily fill canisters from a large IBC container. The fluid is a component for PUR foam and has a honey-like viscosity. So filling a canister takes over a minute.
